I tried to practise the new dishes that I just try out a few day ago; Steam Chicken w Garlic, Ginger and Scallion (蒸蒜葱姜鸡). But Hubby seems to prefer Laos Lemongrass Chicken with Oyster sauce because he asked me why I didn't prepare that instead! But I LOVE GARLIC ...
So this time round I added ALOT MORE minced garlic and minced ginger!
And we are both farting away the WHOLE DAY ...
And for dinner, I added Sambal Chilli Okra with Shimeiji Mushroom.
