Stir-fry Seafood Vermicelli (炒海鲜冬粉)

Found some leftover Vermicelli (冬粉) and decide to stir-fry them with seafood.
I know it looks ugly here hahaha didn't bother to arrange them but trust me they tasted good! I should have thrown in some green leafy veggies. Hmmmm I have spinach in my fridge ...
Ingredient : 冬粉, prawns, marinated fish slices, egg, garlic, onion, Chicken stock and spring onion.
Seasoning : Oyster sauce, Soy sauce, Dark Soy sauce, Chicken Broth, Sugar and salt.
Scrambled egg and set aside. Flash fry the fish and prawns to 60%, just searing them, set aside. Heat up wok and add Sesame oil. Add in garlic, onion, spring onion and stir till fragrance. Add in chicken broth and seasoning, and also add in the fish, prawns and egg and wait till broth boils add in the soften vermicelli. Make sure the seasoning sauce coat all the vermicelli. Cover wok and steam cook the vermicelli.

Hub says,'PASS!' and finished everything and still wanting for MORE ...
Prawns just make everything taste better!
