LocknLock : Buncto - #40 Stir Fry Mushroom & veggie mix!

I love Enoki Mushroom, I can have them everyday but I heard Enoki mushroom are not easily digest! 
Hmmm anyway, prepared something very healthy for Hubs today! Looks like vegetarian dish huh! 
No real meat here, I wonder is this filling enough!

Today's menu : Stir Fry Mushrooms & veggies mix and a Sunny side up.
Ingredient : Enoki Mushroom, Shiitake Mushroom, Shimeiji Mushroom, Imitation Crabmeat, Carrot, Nappa Cabbage and minced garlic.

Seasoning : Fish sauce, Oyster sauce, Dark soy sauce, sugar and salt.

Wash up and sliced everything up with Cookplus Rainbow 7" Santoku.
Add oil and minced garlic in Lock & Lock Cookplus Vitamin Wok.
Add and stir fry the rest of the ingredient and a cup of chicken broth.
Wait till boil, continue to add 1 tbsp of Potato Starch mixed with 1 tbsp of water to create the slurry effect.
Added a egg for hub!

Arrange everything nicely in the Zen&Lock Ceramic Container.

Cool it off, SNAP the lid on and chase the 'HUB' out of the house!

Zen&Lock Esly, Rectangular Ceramic Container is microwavable so if Hubs want to have it warm, he can just reheat the container without the lid! But he is always TOO LAZY to do that!
