LocknLock : Cookplus Vitamin Wok Stir Fry Vermicelli

Today's test subject,  Cookplus Vitamin Wok
Let's see how it fare with boiling water, look how evenly the bubbles are bubbling up!
Cookplus Vitamin Wok conducts heat very well and evenly. 
The wok heat up so fast, I have to be careful with my garlic; it gets burnt easy.
Pictures still cannot tell anything, so I took a video to show how well the water bubbles!!

Let's continue with our dinner today.
Ingredient : 3 packet of Vermicelli (Bean thread), 1 bunch Shimeji mushroom, 4 pcs of sliced Nappa cabbage, 1 bunch of Enoki Mushroom, 5 sliced imitation crab, 2 jumbo eggs, 3 stalk of sliced spring onion, abt 10 small prawns sliced into halves, and minced garlic.

Sauce : 1 tbsp Fish sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp Oyster sauce, 1/2 tbsp Sugar, and salt to taste. Add more soy sauce if needed.

Boil hot water and soak vermicelli, when vermicelli soften; drain hot water and set aside.
Add oil to wok, crack eggs into wok, scramble the eggs and set aside.
Add more oil and stir garlic till fragrant. The wok heat up so fast, I was so unprepared. 
So NOTE to myself, lower fire OR I have to double up my speed!
Add in prawns and stir-fry till 40% and continue to add in the rest of the ingredient one by one except spring onions, eggs and vermicelli. Add sauce to stir fry the ingredients.
Continue to add in Vermicelli that has been soaked in hot water and add another 1/4 cup of water/broth to wok.
Stir fry till even and water starts to dry up.
Add in scramble eggs and spring onion, cover lid and let it cook/steam for another 2-3minutes until all the taste are blended well.
"Wala", our healthy all in one dinner!!
Easy wash up, just rinse and everything is washed away ...
