Today I show you what I did with just ONE WOK; Cookplus Vitamin Wok , for my 3 different dishes for dinner!!!
First dish to do, 3 cup chicken; 3 cups means 3 different sauce mix in to stir fry the chicken.
And the 3 main sauce would be Soy sauce, Rice wine and Sesame Oil.
And 3 cups doesn't exactly means 3 FULL CUP, it just means the ratio will be 1:1:1.
This is a relatively simple dish to prepare with very simple ingredient.
Ingredient : 500gram of chicken chopped thighs, 5 stalks of sliced Spring Onion, 4-5 cloves of smashed garlic.
Sauce : 1 tbsp of Soy sauce, 1 tbsp Rice wine, 1 tbsp Sesame oil, 1/2 tbsp of sugar, 1 tsp of Dark soy sauce, 1/4 cup of water, salt to taste.
Everything prepared and set aside.
The 3 main sauce; Soy sauce, Sesame Oil and Taiwanese Rice wine.
Add oil, and heat up the wok.
Add the smashed garlic.
When the garlic is slightly charred add in sliced spring onion.
You can smell the fragrance of the spring onion and at this point add in the chicken pieces.
Fry till each piece are slight cooked.
Add in the mix sauce, when the sauce starts to boil; turn fire to medium low, cover the wok and simmer the chicken for another 15-20minutes.
After 20minutes all the water is dry up and absorbed into the chicken, smells so yummy!
I used Lock&Lock Cookplus Speedcook 7.1-In Casserole Pot to keep my 3 cup chicken warm because I have another 2 dish to prepare.
Next up, a simple Sunny side up!
Right after the egg, I prepare a Stir Fry Cabbage.
Simple stir fry cabbage.
Ingredient : Sliced Cabbage, 2 sliced imitation crab, 2-3 cloves of minced garlic.
Sauce : Fish sauce, Oyster sauce, salt and sugar
All the 3 different dishes are prepared in just ONE wok; Cookplus Vitamin Wok.
The easy washup makes it easy for me to rinse the wok and starts the next dish fast. And everything is done within 30minutes of cooking and washing.
This is definitely my to-use wok from now onwards but I would love it even more if the wok would have come with a lid!
