Buncto - #35 Stir fry Fish fillet with Pork floss

The Japanese have their Furikake, the Chinese has PORK FLOSS! Usually I take Pork Floss with porridge and actually I am not a big fan of them but I foundd a small packet in the Asian supermarket so why not try it out with Hubs lunchbox.

Today's Menu - Stir Fry 101 with fish fillet, Cubed carrots and celery and Shimeji Mushroom, Pork floss and Tomato grapes.

This is HOW I DO it!
1) Sliced the fish fillet and soak them in cornstarch mixture and salt.
2) Cook rice.
3) Cubed Carrots, Celery and minced garlic.
4) Add oil to pan, then add carrot, celery, fish and shimeji mushroom cooked till fish done. Add chicken broth/water and seasoning; oyster sauce, Haochi seasong (Sugar & Salt). Boil and add in cornstarch solution to thicken the sauce. Boil and scoop out.
Today's lunchbox looks yummy!
At least it is to MY taste!
