Buncto - 006 Fried Kway Teow

Already in my 6th lunchbox meaning waking up real EARLY for 6 days to prepare! This morning I have a hard time separating the rice noodle, so I took a longer time. But the actual Chopping, frying and washing up maybe took a little between 20-30minutes. I should have done the rice-noodles separation the night before.

Today's menu : Fried Kecap Manis Rice-noodle with imitation crab meat, nuggets and grapes.
Thinking of preparing some type of simple tuna spaghetti for his lunchox soon!
First, I have to buy Olive Oil :)

Hubs agree what I prepare is definitely so much better than what his canteen is offering ...
