Steamed seafood with tofu & Mushroom using Zen&Lock Esly Ceramic II

Almost the same dish as yesterday but using different ingredients; makes everything so different.

Ingredients : Sliced fish, Prawns, Tofu, Shimeji mushroom, and Diced celery.
Sauce : 1 tbsp of Soy sauce, 1 tbsp of Oyster sauce, 3 tsp of Sugar, 1 tbsp of soup stock, salt to taste and pepper.
Arrange anyway you like!
I roughly did it this way, if you understand hahaha ...

Sprinkle the pretty diced celery on top!
Steam for 15 minutes - 20 minutes.
Our dinner with ABC Soup!
Simple and healthy!
