Today I achieved quite alot in the kitchen, I wrapped and froze some Gyozas, Baked a Butter walnut cake, tried out a new dish; Chicken Pot Pie and re-do the Spagehettini Shrimp Scampi!
Ingredient List (Estimate) : 2 tbsp of Canola oil, 4 pieces of Chicken breast, half a onion, 2 tbsp of minced Garlic, 1/4 cup of cubed celery, 1/4 cup of cubed carrots, 1/4 cup of cubed mushrooms, 1/2 tbsp of Black Pepper and 1/2 tbsp of Parsley flakes, 2 tbsp of Flour, 1 cup of chicken stock and half cup of milk, 1 piece of Puff pastry
400C for 20minutes later.
This would be so 'shiok' for a cold cold winter ...
I re-do yesterday Shrimp Scampi because I still have leftovers fresh scallops.
Our dinner and dessert ...
Only the 2 of us, there are always bound to be leftovers.
No worries, snap snap snap snap and off you go into the fridge!
But it didn't stay in the fridge for long.
A few hours later, Hubs says he can finish the rest of the leftovers!
And snap snap snap snap, off you go to the Microwave and ding for 1 minutes!
Round, and round and round you go...
Conclusion : Zen&Lock Esly Ceramic stand the vigorous test of being in a oven, refrigerator and then into the microwave all in one night.
Not to mention, this pretty little thing look so pretty on the dining table!
My mom would be so proud of me!
