When we were younger, mom has to work and usually rush home in the evening and prepare some simple dinner for us. And luncheon meat was always a staple source of 'protein' for rice or for bread. And this is mom's version of 3 菜 1 汤 (3 dishes and 1 soup). Although this is not alot and very simple, but this is Mom's love.
