mini Yusheng Salmon + Jellyfish Salad

I remake the Mee Hoon Kueh again the next day, and I made the kueh; with salt and sesame oil added to the water. The kueh is so much softer and smoother. Hubs like this version more!
The title said it all huh!?
Shred the Radish, carrot, throw in the jellyfish and slice the salmon. Dump in Sesame seed, grind peanut, 5 spice powder, sesame oil, peppar, lime and plum sauce. I would have added cucumber but out of stock at home, kekeke ~
