I try Ikea Meatball!

I think the Potatoes is too much and not 'mashed' enough and when I am pan frying bits and pieces of Potatoes fell out, then my meatball become triangle shaped! Hahahaha. It was not Ikea nice but it was surprisingly addictive!!


Ikea is a 5 minutes drive from my place, I guess I just stick to eating Swedish meatball in Ikea's Cafe!

瑞典肉丸【宜家美食】Swedish Meatballs with Cream Sauce
肉丸材料:
牛肉碎 250克
豬肉碎 250 克
雞蛋 1隻
忌廉和水 (或牛奶和水)200至 300 毫升 (我用牛奶和水,各一半)
洋蔥(切碎)2½湯匙
無糖麵包粉(unsweetened rusk flour)50毫升(我用麵包糠 breadcrumbs ½杯)
馬鈴薯(煮熟後放涼)2個
牛油(奶油 butter)4至5 湯匙(我用2湯匙)
鹽和白胡椒粉 酌量
做法:

燒熱易潔鑊,下牛油煮至融解,把洋蔥炒至金黃色。
把馬鈴薯壓爛,麵包糠加少許水濕潤。
把所有材料拌勻,逐步加入牛奶和水並調至軟度適中,灑下鹽和胡椒粉調味。(如喜歡的話,可加香料).
用兩隻匙羹(我用手和一隻匙羹),搓成一個個大小差不多的丸子,備用。
燒熱平底易潔鑊,下適量牛油或油,把肉丸煮熟。趁熱淋上汁料(材料和做法見下),配合馬鈴薯,或沙律(沙拉)佐食,再加 lingonberry 果醬 ,就可享受地道瑞典餐喔!
汁料:

忌廉 (鮮奶油 cream) 100 毫升
牛肉上湯 200 毫升
醬油 適量(我用了生抽1 茶匙及老抽 1茶匙)
麵粉 1 湯匙
鹽和白胡椒粉 酌量
汁料做法:

用一小鍋,倒進牛肉湯,加生抽和老抽,忌廉煮滾。篩入麵粉煮至喜歡的濃稠度。
灑下鹽和胡椒粉調味。自己要試味。滿意即成。
