Different twist of Mee Hoon Kueh

Not exactly the original Mee Hoon Kueh recipe, but I used my leftover chicken soup, and mince beef, mushrooms and greens. And I use half of the recipes of the usual recipes for one bowl, just nice.
100gram - All Purpose flour
50ml - Chicken stock (or lesser)
I did fry some Ikan Billis but forget to add it in during "Photography Session", hahahaha!

I will be doing the same thing again tonight!
Nice filling dinner!
