Endless possibilities with Anchovies base Soup

My mom always used Anchovies to prepare her Soup Base regardless of what kinda of Soupy stuffs she is preparing. And this is what I come up with. I prepared the base with Anchovies and garlic only, simple.

The next day I added; Minced pork, glass noodle (vermicilli), cilantro, egg white, seaweed and. sprinkle with prepack fried onions and pepper! For taste; salt, sugar and fish sauce.

WA LA ...
Nutritious and healthy; there is the protein, carbohydrates, and the greens!
Simple lunch and dinner on a cold cold day!
