冬至 (Winter Solstice) 2010!

Every year without fail, my mother would prepare 汤圆 for 冬至 (Winter Solstice), and of course I would take all these for granted. Now without all my friends posting on Facebook regarding their  Mommy's 汤圆, I wouldn't even register that the Ang Moh 'Winter Solstice' is our Chinese 冬至. With all the Tang Yuan pictures on Facebook,  I couldn't help but wish I am also having some tang yuan in this cold cold weather. So we drove 20minutes to Hmart and gotten ourselves some Ready made Tangyuan in Sesame seed, Peanut and Red bean paste.

Another 20 minute later, we have 汤圆 ...
Mommy always say after eating Tang Yuan, it means we are one year older ...
