I will be leaving Texas soon and so I am clearing out my fridge and there isn't any meat but I am left with lots of vegie and some dried mushroom. So my chinese version of a Korean bibimbap and coincidentally I still has some tubes of Gochujang that I gotten from Korea, just nice! Hahahaha ...
Ingredient include :
Dried mushroom and Dried Cloud ear fungus (黑木耳), Canned chestnut, 大白菜 Nappa Cabbage, eggs and lots of garlic!
All the different texture make the fried rice, crunchy and chewy!
